Private Noah Lysons was born in 1898, the son of Job and Clara Lysons of Norton Canes.
The 1901 census shows him as a three year old boy living with his father and maternal grandparents at a property in Norton Canes. (His mother had died the previous year).
Noah enlisted with the Duke of Cambridge’s Own (Middlesex) Regiment but was sadly killed in action on 27th August 1918.
